Identify, surface, and resolve cross‑domain dependencies, integration risks, and delivery conflicts across infrastructure, applications, and operational technology verticals.
Ensure program structures align business strategy, technical sequencing, and resource capacity to enable predictable, high‑quality delivery outcomes.
Serve as a senior escalation point for program‑level conflicts, ambiguity, and execution blockers across the Enterprise Technology portfolio.
Translate complex technical realities, infrastructure constraints, and cross‑system dependencies into clear executive insights that enable confident decisions.
Portfolio Planning & Executive Visibility
Partner with VP leadership to maintain accurate portfolio visibility across capacity, priorities, sequencing, and delivery confidence.
Contribute to quarterly and annual planning cycles, ensuring programs are capacity‑aligned, dependency‑aware, and commercially grounded.
