Overview Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a User Experience (UX) Architect - Expert to join their team. As a User Experience (UX) Architect - Expert, you will be part of the Design and User Experience department supporting cross-functional teams.
Job Title: User Experience (UX) Architect - Expert
Location: Austin, TX (Candidates need to be local to Austin) hybrid 4 days a week
Responsibilities Design and develop user-centered experiences for advisor services platforms, primarily desktop and responsive mobile interfaces.
Lead collaborative design sessions including sketching, ideation, and visual storytelling to foster innovative solutions.
Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and engaging design solutions.
Facilitate design reviews, drive decision-making processes, and ensure alignment with established design systems and patterns.
Maintain high standards of quality through rigorous QA, research support, and continuous process improvements.
Qualifications Expertise in foundational UX principles and best practices.
Experience executing high-fidelity design documentation and project tracking using tools like Confluence and Jira.
Proven ability to visualize ideas through sketches, wireframes, diagrams, or prototypes.
Strong communication skills to manage expectations, prioritize activities, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Commitment to user-centered design, empathy, curiosity, and continuous learning in design theory and tools.
