Your mission


We are looking for a Sales Accounts Executive with about 7-10 years of experience in SaaS/technology/BPO sales and a proven record of growing businesses in revenues as well as volumes in the recruitment industry.


As a Sales Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for growing and nurturing the portfolio of clients, coordinating with the Demand and Talent teams.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively identify, research, and reach out to target accounts, using CRM.

  • Qualify leads through discovery calls and understanding business needs and budgets

  • Tailor presentations to demonstrate value based on customer pain points.

  • Act as a consultant—understand the client’s technical and business challenges to position the right solution.

  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with client goals and company margins.

  • Coordinate with the internal Talent team for maintaining the SLAs in providing suitable candidates for the clients opportunities

  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Serve as the main point of contact to ensure satisfaction, drive renewals, and upsell opportunities.

  • Coordinate with talent delivery teams to ensure accurate and seamless onboarding.

  • Communicate client feedback and align expectations between teams.

  • Provide insights to sales leadership for strategy and growth planning.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and evolving client needs.

  • Continuously update sales techniques, product knowledge, and market understanding to remain competitive.


Your profile



  • 7-10 years of experience in managing small to medium teams in tech recruitment/Platform/SaaS industries

  • Demonstrated ability to increase sales and penetrate newer markets

  • Knowledge of best sales practices and methods, e.g. deals assigning 15+ developers at 70USD/hour on 24+ months contracts

  • Up to date with the current market trends

  • Has the character to be a strategic leader who can also get things done and lead from the front

  • Team player with solid motivational skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Great communication skills

  • Top-level responsibility

  • Technical knowledge of the programming languages is preferred.
