Overview
The Strategy group at Razorfish Health develops insights-driven briefs, customer-centered marketing strategies and programs for RFH clients across all channels. The group owns audience understanding and collaborates with Account Management, Creative, and Medical Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Direct qualitative and quantitative market research.
- Synthesize insights from research and other data sources.
- Understand customer media and channel usage.
- Create briefs and provide input to program design and analytics.
- Lead brand and strategic planning efforts.
- Contribute to new business pitches.
- Develop best practices, educate the Agency, and coach early career strategists.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, anthropology/sociology, or psychology (preferred).
- 10+ years of strategy experience in a management consultancy or agency.
- Management consulting background preferred.
- Experience in healthcare marketing or planning desirable.
- Desire to expand skills beyond brand strategy to UX, digital engagement, experience design, social media, and analytics.
Skills Requirements
- Confident and forthright personality with a history of proactive problem solving.
- Deep expertise in portfolio strategy, segmentation, launch scenario planning, and storyflow development.
- Experience leading strategic processes for multi-indication or brand portfolios.
- Knowledge of strategic constructs and structures that benefit marketing initiatives.
- Experience launching brands and driving campaign and creative strategy for large brands.
- Understanding of strategic challenges in the immunology market.
- Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with senior and C‑suite marketing clients and agency team leads.

- Comprehensive and proactive approach to brand marketing strategy.
- Strategic application of qualitative and quantitative research.
- Strategic planning across all target audiences (HCP, Patient, Payer) and channels.
- Experience designing and facilitating workshops and briefings.
- Curiosity, ability to handle ambiguity, and preference for fast‑paced environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork across agency and network teams.
- Experience managing and developing other strategists' careers.
- Capability to help clients and internal teams navigate complex strategic issues.

Compensation
Compensation Range: $86.64 - $137.90 hourly.
