Global Sales Specialist Director – Patient Suite (eCOA, IRT)
The Global Sales Specialist Director will drive global commercial success, influence product innovation, and deliver exceptional value to clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Global Sales: Identify, develop, and close high‑value opportunities, partnering with Business Development Directors who own account relationships.
- Execute Go‑to‑Market strategy: Support Commercial Lead in defining and operationalizing the strategy to achieve sales targets across global markets.
- Define Value Propositions: Collaborate with Commercial Lead and Solution Engineering to create compelling storyboards and articulate Patient Suite’s unique value to clients.
- Influence Product Roadmap: Work closely with Product to provide market intelligence and customer feedback that shapes future enhancements.
- Campaign Collaboration: Partner with Inside Sales to design and execute targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and long‑term partnerships.
- Collaborate Effectively: Operate within IQVIA’s global matrix organization, driving alignment across multiple teams and geographies.
- Market Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to position Patient Suite effectively.
Ideal Candidate
- Strategic thinker, passionate about sales, and adept at building trust with senior stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of digital solutions for Clinical Trials; eCOA is a must; experience with SaaS solutions strongly preferred.
- Passion for prospecting and finding new solutions with new clients.
- Ability to manage complex, multi‑country engagements and navigate matrixed organizations with a consultative approach.
- 10+ years in sales, business development, or client‑facing roles within pharma or life sciences, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and communication skills; strong customer service orientation.
- Established relationships within the life sciences industry and ability to leverage them for business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Management, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Compensation
The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $111,200.00 – $309,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, location, and schedule. Incentive plans, bonuses, and other forms of compensation may also be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare benefits.
