A leading homebuilding company in Atlanta is seeking an experienced attorney to provide legal support for real estate transactions. Responsibilities include managing and negotiating property acquisitions and dispositions, advising on complex real estate issues, and coordinating outside counsel. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree and at least 10 years of legal experience in real estate law, along with strong negotiation and organizational skills. This role may require approximately 25% travel.
