Responsibilities
- Full cycle recruiting for mid to senior/executive-level candidates across micro-specialized industries.
- Develop new business and nurture existing client relationships.
- Act as consultant for clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Negotiate candidate and commercial terms.
- Earn commission on successful placements.
