Associate General Counsel- Multifamily Real Estate

JURISolutions is seeking an Associate General Counsel for the Real Estate Department of our financial services client. (10+ years of commercial real estate finance experience) (Permanent, full-time, on-site in VA, starting at $230K+)

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of commercial real estate finance experience in a wide range of matters, such as structured transactions, securitization, asset management, loan production, underwriting, and related matters. Candidates will be reviewing and providing guidance on loan purchases, servicing transactions, and other multifamily asset management matters, negotiating loan and various other types of transaction documents, managing outside counsel, and coordinating with regulatory and governmental affairs.

Candidates must have a Juris Doctor degree, membership in good standing in a state Bar, demonstrate an ability to manage client relationships, collaborate with peers across departments, and handle matters independently.

Compensation is based on the extent of directly relevant legal experience, starting at $230K + bonus opportunities, and benefits including PTO, insurance, and 401K.
