We are a fast-scaling, multi-brand CPG company operating across
retail, distribution, and emerging regulated markets , with a strong footprint in the CBD, hemp, TCH, and alternative products space. With multiple brands in development and expansion into new markets (including New York recreational), we are building leadership to scale nationally.
We’re looking for a
growth operator
to own and scale revenue across
B2B, B2C, DTC, retail, and distribution channels . This is a
performance-driven leadership position
with direct impact on revenue.
You will oversee a
multi-million-dollar marketing budget , manage agency partners, and build a full-funnel strategy that drives acquisition, conversion, and retention. What You’ll Own Full-funnel growth strategy (paid, lifecycle, retail, distribution) CAC, LTV, ROAS, and funnel optimization DTC performance (site, offers, conversion optimization) Lifecycle marketing (email/SMS via Klaviyo) Agency management (paid media + execution partners) Product launches and go-to-market strategy across multiple states Retail + distributor marketing alignment ✅ What We’re Looking For 6+ years in growth, performance marketing, or revenue leadership Direct experience in CBD, hemp, cannabis, or alternative products REQUIRED Proven ability to scale brands across multiple states or markets Strong analytical mindset (data, attribution, performance metrics) Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams Operator mentality—comfortable owning outcomes, not just strategy Why Join Multi-brand portfolio with active product pipeline Expansion into high-growth regulated markets Lean, high-performance team (10–15 people) Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with real ownership Significant marketing budget to scale aggressively If you’ve built and scaled brands in regulated or emerging categories and understand how to navigate both
