
Digital Designer & Web Builder (HubSpot & CMS) (Dallas)

Idea Grove is looking for a designer who can both
design and build modern marketing websites and assets —someone who can translate brand strategy into real, working experiences across web and campaigns.
This is a
hands-on, high-output role . You’ll design full websites and landing pages, but you’ll also create the steady flow of assets that drive performance—ads, emails, and collateral. If you like variety, move quickly, and take pride in seeing your work go live and perform, this role is a strong fit.
What You’ll Do Design and build B2B marketing websites using HubSpot CMS, WordPress, and Webflow Translate positioning and messaging into clean, effective visual systems and layouts Create landing pages and conversion-focused web experiences Customize templates, modules, and components within CMS platforms Build and manage marketing assets across channels, including: Google Ads and paid social creative Emails and campaign assets Sales and marketing collateral Work directly inside HubSpot Marketing Hub, CRM, and Sales Hub Configure forms, workflows, lead routing, and lifecycle stages Ensure websites and marketing systems work together seamlessly Support SEO and performance best practices (site structure, page speed, on-page elements) Maintain and improve existing client websites and HubSpot instances Collaborate with SEO, PR, and content teams to bring campaigns to life
What We’re Looking For 4–7 years of experience in web design and CMS-based site building (agency experience preferred) Strong portfolio showing both
design thinking and live website execution Hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS, Marketing Hub, and CRM Experience building sites in WordPress and/or Webflow Strong understanding of UX/UI, content hierarchy, and conversion-focused design Comfortable working within templates and systems—not just designing from scratch Comfortable working on a mix of
high-impact projects and smaller, fast-turn deliverables Strong attention to detail and QA mindset Ability to manage multiple projects and move quickly Clear communicator who can explain decisions and tradeoffs
Bonus Light front-end skills (HTML, CSS, basic JS) Experience with HubSpot reporting, attribution, or lifecycle management Familiarity with SEO fundamentals Experience with AI-assisted design or content workflows Motion or interactive design experience
What This Role Is (and Isn’t) This is
not
a pure brand or concept role You will work on both
full website builds and day-to-day marketing assets You’ll regularly create things like
Google Ads, emails, and collateral Success in this role comes from
execution, iteration, and follow-through
Compensation $70,000 – $90,000 base salary Most candidates we hire into this role fall in the middle of the range based on experience and fit.
