AC Designs is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential to delivering a smooth experience for our customers by routing incoming calls and providing clear, professional communication.
Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling and service inquires Maintain accurate customer records and job details Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care Communicate clearly with both customers and team members
Qualifications: Previous customer service experience required Strong phone and communication skills Highly organized with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Call center experience preferred HVAC experience is a plus, but not required
