High‑Rise Construction Superintendent
to support a strong pipeline of
three upcoming high‑rise projects, each exceeding 40 stories . These are complex, ground‑up towers requiring an experienced superintendent who understands vertical construction, sequencing, logistics, and life‑safety in dense urban environments.
The Opportunity Lead day‑to‑day field operations on
luxury high‑rise projects Manage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, safety, and quality control Drive production from structure through finishes and turnover Work closely with Project Executives and ownership to maintain aggressive schedules Join a contractor with
long‑term backlog and repeat high‑rise work
Ideal Background Proven experience as a
Superintendent on high‑rise projects (25+ stories preferred) Strong knowledge of
core & shell, vertical concrete, and high‑rise logistics Ability to manage large crews and multiple trade stacks Hands‑on, organized, and safety‑driven leadership style
