Insight Global is hiring a Revit Drafter on behalf of a consulting client based out of Chandler, AZ; Baton Rouge, LA; Houston, TX; and Portland, OR. This role will be responsible for coordinating with designers and engineers to update and draft plans for as-built. This role will be a contract-to-hire opportunity, with a 4-month duration and potential conversion after.
Desired Skills & Experience: 2-3 years of experience with Revit and AutoCAD, preferably in the manufacturing or construction fields. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Nice to Have & Preferred Skills: Navisworks & BIM360 experience
Day to Day: Audit and update existing drawings and models to ensure they are compliant with current standards. Maintain the libraries of drawings and models for a client, including cataloging and updating the drawing library. Communicate with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure that drawings and models are accurate and up-to-date. Use Revit and AutoCAD to create and modify existing drawings and models. Work with other team members to coordinate the development of drawings and models.
