position. This position is a contract opportunity which is expected to be Remote (Rome, GA).
Training Will Be in Orlando the First Week - Expenses Will Be Paid.
Required : Must live within 1-2 hours of Rome, Calhoun or Chatsworth, Georgia areas for onsite visits to client facilities.
Job Description: With the focus specifically on recruiting for high-volume roles, this individual would need strong communication and listening skills, as well as be highly organized and a critical thinker, since they'll be partnering closely with our client's leadership across three Georgia locations.
Partners with hiring managers to develop staffing needs by reviewing regular attrition rates, new business plans, and potential retirements. Develops strategies to acquire talent to ensure vacancies are kept to facility-specified levels, new and expanding programs are staffed for opening dates, and retirement replacement plans are executed. Assesses candidates using behavioral interview techniques, resumes, credentials reviews, and assessments to determine minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities. Ensures behavioral assessments are completed and reflect the quality hire expected to meet client competencies. Prepares and extends job offers, sign-on bonuses, seasonal agreements, relocation agreements, and other incentives, managing counter offers as necessary. Develops knowledge of benefit plans, incentives, and corporate and facility policies, addressing applicant inquiries. Maintains accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system. Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficiency with Applicant tracking systems and Recruiting CRM's Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency in utilizing AI tools Education: Bachelor's Work Experience: 1+ recruiting/human resources experience Healthcare experience preferred
Preferred Licenses and Certifications: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
