Business Performance Analyst
Job Summary We are seeking a Business Performance Analyst to support our SCM Center of Excellence, focusing on process improvement, data analysis, and project coordination across Source-to-Pay (S2P) operations. This role partners closely with the Product Owner to drive efficiency, standardization, and visibility across key business processes.
Key responsibilities: Include supporting cross-functional projects, tracking milestones and risks, assisting with UAT and SaaS system implementations, maintaining and analyzing data, and developing reports and dashboards. The role also involves process documentation and mapping, stakeholder training, and supporting change management initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience in full lifecycle project coordination, SaaS tools, UAT, and strong Excel/data skills, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Exposure to vendor/SOW management is important, and experience with SAP Fieldglass is a plus.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, project coordination, or supply chain operations.
