Position Overview We’re looking for an Associate Designer (or Design Assistant) to support the design team with trend research, concept development, and day-to-day design operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, visually curious, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Research brands, competitors, and market trends to support seasonal design direction Gather and synthesize trend insights into clear themes and concepts Assist in building out trend boards, presentations, and visual storytelling (Spark, Miro, etc.) Support category development through trend research and inspiration pulls Manage and organize physical samples onsite, ensuring accuracy and accessibility Partner with designers and cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects Maintain organization across digital tools and design resources Qualifications 2+ years of relevant experience in fashion design, product design, or a related field Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related discipline preferred Strong interest in trends, color, and brand storytelling Proficiency or familiarity with tools like Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaboration skills Nice to Have Experience working with physical samples or in a product development environment Exposure to trend forecasting or market research tools
