Executive Leadership Role | Food & Beverage Focus
Reports to the General Manager
Role Summary
This is a
senior, hands-on leadership role
with a primary focus on Food and Beverage operations, including but not limited culinary, beverage, member dining, banquet functions, and member events. While part of the executive leadership team, this position is
not a generalist operations role . Success is measured by the strength, consistency, and elevation of the clubhouse Food & Beverage experience. The Director of Clubhouse Operations provides direct leadership oversight of key clubhouse leaders, such as the Director of Sales & Events and the Director of Marketing & Membership, to ensure alignment between programming, execution, communication, and the overall member experience.
This role requires
daily floor leadership and visible presence . It is not an administrative or office‑based position.
Executive Mandate
Lead and elevate
all clubhouse Food & Beverage operations
across multiple outlets
Build structure, systems, accountability, and performance discipline within F&B
Lead, coach, and develop departmental leaders and management teams
Ensure seamless coordination between dining operations, events, marketing, and membership engagement
Drive creative, high‑quality member programming and event execution
Make decisive leadership decisions in support of long‑term operational health
Non‑Negotiable Candidate Criteria
Candidates must meet all requirements below for further consideration
Demonstrated experience leading
large, multi‑outlet Food & Beverage operations
Proven success managing
leaders of leaders
in complex hospitality environments
Track record of implementing
operational structure, systems, and accountability
Private club or similarly
high‑touch, member‑driven experience
strongly preferred
Ability to influence senior peers while maintaining strong professional relationships
Creative orientation with experience in
member programming and activations
Comfortable making difficult personnel and operational decisions
Highly present, floor‑driven leadership style
Strong commitment to mentoring and developing a
young or developing management team

The Director of Clubhouse Operations is expected to work collaboratively with all non‑direct report leaders to ensure alignment, communication, and a seamless member experience.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary Range:
$135,000 – $165,000 , commensurate with experience
Annual Performance Based Bonus:
10% of base salary
