Overview A small, high-performing executive search firm is hiring a Research Associate to support a growing portfolio of retained searches. This is a lean, collaborative environment where you will work directly with experienced search partners and gain real exposure to how high-impact searches are executed from start to finish.
This role is designed for someone early in their recruiting career who is looking to move into a more strategic, research-driven environment. You will play a key role in identifying and engaging high-caliber, often passive candidates, while building a strong foundation in executive search.
What You’ll Do Build targeted candidate pipelines across multiple retained searches Partner with search leads to define candidate profiles and target companies Conduct market mapping, competitor research, and talent identification Engage passive candidates through thoughtful, tailored outreach Maintain organized pipelines and track search progress Contribute to search strategy discussions and ongoing process improvements
What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree required Approximately 2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a related role Strong interest in executive search and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized Curiosity and drive to understand different industries and talent markets
