Digital Marketing Strategist The Digital Marketing Strategist at Common Desk is a self-starting leader, technical strategist, and analytical collaborator who excels at leading people, data, and complex digital workflows. They lead a team of 23 members, driving brand awareness and sales through comprehensive social media and digital ad strategies. With a data-forward mindset, they go beyond simply reporting numbersthey analyze data to forecast trends and proactively adjust strategies. They are key to the brand's evolution, leading the transition of bringing digital ad execution in-house. They possess the crucial technical strengths of publishing and managing digital ad campaigns.
This role is strategy, data, and goal-oriented, as well as one that embraces a sense of creativity and fun when it comes to building and creating brand and asset awareness.
The Digital Marketing Strategist at Common Desk works within the WeWork organization, and is an excellent communicator both with internal leadership and landlord stakeholders. They manage essential external vendor relationships while maintaining strict budgets and project cadences. By leading high-level presentations and focusing on location performance, they ensure all partners are informed of progress, ultimately driving increased stakeholder satisfaction across the organization.
In this role, you will:
Assist in developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing plans to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales; including sales promotions, social media and blog strategy, and allocation of digital ad spend.
Partner in the development of overall Common Desk marketing strategy and transitioning the end-to-end execution of publishing and managing digital ad campaigns for Common Desk locations in-house. As a technician, this role is responsible for publishing and managing Common Desk's digital ad campaigns.
Guide day-to-day responsibilities of digital marketing execution, from hands-on operational work to project management, holding team accountable for hitting goals and KPIs.
Support 2-3 Marketing team members to execute on their objectives as an individual and a team to reach business & landlord goals.
Clearly and tactfully communicate data-driven updates to appropriate internal leadership teams and landlord stakeholders about marketing objectives and progress.
Oversee relationship & project plans with external vendors, including Dreamers of Day (website) and Savior (SEO).
Use tools like Google Analytics to track performance and ROI. You won't just report numbers; you will use SEO and SEM data to forecast market trends and proactively adjust our strategy.
Actively implement and optimize AI tools within the marketing workflow to accelerate content production, enhance data analysis, and maximize team efficiency.
Provide guidance for CRM strategy and advise on the Customer Journey.

Developing a clear and measurable strategy for Common Desk Marketing operations.
Following the appropriate budgets to keep various brand initiatives going at the right cadence and on budget.

Effectively communicating location and brand performance data, contributing to increased landlord and stakeholder satisfaction.

Learning the brand tone of voice and protecting the brand standards in order to set an example for how to speak, write, or communicate as Common Desk.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: $70,000 to $92,000 annually
Incentive Compensation: WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment.
