Euromonitor International is a global market intelligence company that partners with businesses to provide them with data and information needed to support strategic decisions. Through our worldwide presence, we deliver cross‑country comparable data and analysis. This paid internship gives students exposure to both syndicated database research and custom consulting projects, and the opportunity to contribute to ongoing consulting research initiatives.
Internship Details
This is a paid 10‑week internship. Start date: June 9, 2026. End date: August 14, 2026. Hourly rate: $20.
Responsibilities
Assist in building research documents and project templates, brainstorming effective research structures and approaches.
Understand project objectives, business questions, and client backgrounds.
Leverage in‑house resources and externally published information to support research.
Conduct store audits to gather data on brands, product pricing, promotion, and shelf space.
Conduct interviews with trade associations, leading companies, and internal associates to gain insights into research objectives.
Work closely with the Consulting team on project planning, briefing, research, calculations, and finalization checks.
Validate market data, including the integrity of company and brand information.
Prepare and write company/industry reports and management summaries.
Identify key insights and develop executive‑level reports.
Assist in developing and finalizing client‑facing reports (PPT, Excel, dashboards).
Assist in preparing client emails, briefing documents, and delivery documents.
Shadow client calls and project updates as needed.
Present project findings and takeaways where opportunities arise.
Assist in internal strategic initiatives and projects on an ad‑hoc basis.
Work independently on internal documents to improve processes related to Consulting Practices, Products, and Sales.
Attend office for three days each week.
Qualifications
Rising juniors or seniors in a four‑year university or college, or graduate students continuing their education or who have recently graduated.
Natural curiosity and strong desire to learn.
Experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of generative AI platforms is a plus.
Additional language skills (e.g., Portuguese, Spanish) are an advantage.
Extreme attention to detail.
Interest in consumer market trends and dynamics.
Interest in global business.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Will be in the office three days per week.
