Senior Business Development Specialist MarTech, Hi-Tech Your primary role will be to drive growth within the Hi-Tech, FinTech industry primarily focusing on hyper scaling platform companies with B2C, B2B2C, B2SMB business models. Specific focus is selling Marketing Technology and Operations services.
Responsibilities Identifying potential leads by positioning eClerx Services as best-in-class provider of marketing technology and operations
Articulate eClerx value propositions in business process outsourcing, marketing technology enablement and marketing operations
Develop and prioritize list of prospects and identify potential buyer of services
Develop and maintain relationships with buyer of service through various channels
Develop and implement strategies new account penetration and cross selling to existing accounts
Work with eClerx practice and client engagement teams through all phases of the sales and deal cycle
Participate in entire proposal lifecycle from written to oral
Participate in conferences, networking events and be comfortable in both formal and informal settings
Consult on trends including emerging trends, service needs and work with practice teams to develop go to market solutions
Have rigor around hitting sales targets and communicating target achievements
Ability to identify upcoming RFPs / deals by networking with key client partners
Structure and negotiate complex deals
Eligibility Requirements Comfortable in carrying quota of USD 5 Mn+ annually
Must have specialized focus on one or more of the following platforms - Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, Databricks, Snowflake
10+ years of experience, with strong sales experience in service industry
Should have experience in selling marketing operations and marketing technology enablement services
Hands-on experience with creation and leading proposal
Deep industry insight and existing network
Should be willing to travel as and when needed
Track record of interacting and building C-level of leading organization
Competitive, extrovert and a go-getter
Proven global expertise, executive level presence and influence
In the US, the target base salary for this role is 200-240k + sales incentives. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.
