Responsibilities
Develop deep expertise across the full suite of MRI‑Simmons products in order to deliver best‑in‑class client support
Build and maintain positive, trusting, and collaborative relationships with assigned clients
Serve as the day‑to‑day client contact, coordinating ongoing support and account needs
Lead and coordinate account reviews, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Drive revenue growth through upselling and expansion of MRI‑Simmons solutions
Coordinate and deliver client training on MRI‑Simmons software, data, and activation products
Communicate effectively with clients in both written and verbal formats, delivering a consistently high level of service
Manage partner royalty and revenue reporting, ensuring reconciliation with CRM systems and Finance
Collaborate closely with Sales and internal teams to identify and execute on revenue‑generating opportunities
Stay current on client initiatives to ensure successful delivery, follow‑up, and development of case studies
Leverage MRI‑Simmons data to align with client strategies, identify new business opportunities, participate in client meetings, and deliver actionable insights
Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, customers, and objectives—and how MRI‑Simmons solutions can support them
Create insightful presentations that educate clients on MRI‑Simmons capabilities, data assets, and resources
Prepare integrated, research‑based presentations and proposals that position MRI‑Simmons as a strategic consultant and partner
Partner with Sales representatives to identify strategic opportunities using a combination of industry insights and MRI‑Simmons data
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in market research, advanced advertising, media, or a related industry (syndicated and/or custom research experience preferred)
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to build relationships and apply consultative selling techniques
Ability to present, synthesize, and tell a compelling story with data
Working knowledge of syndicated consumer data (preferred)
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
Solid business acumen, problem‑solving ability, and analytical mindset
Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field

This role has a market‑competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $78,500- $90,000 . Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role is eligible for a sales‑based incentive or performance‑based bonus.
