The Entry Level Marketing Assistant is a pivotal member of our marketing and advertising department. This role, starting at entry level, offers comprehensive training in fundamental marketing strategies, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and consumer market research. Successful completion of our program leads to a team lead position within the marketing department.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the growth and development of assigned event-based campaigns
Assist in customer acquisition and retention efforts
Develop strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Drive sales through retail promotional event campaigns
Establish brand recognition via local events and tailored marketing strategies
Engage and communicate effectively with customers
