Co-Ho (Content House) is the internal advertising agency inside the Personal Care division within P&G. This role is for an Art Director with strong conceptual skills to create short form advertising, print and e-content. This role is perfect for a seasoned creative professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and has a proven track record of developing compelling visual narratives that drive brand engagement and business results.
As our Art Director, you’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and execute innovative advertising campaigns. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the highest creative standards and ensuring all visual communications align with strategic brand objectives.
The creative department is small but growing quickly. It’s a little agency with a start‑up mentality. You will be comfortable utilizing A.I. to create best‑in‑class short‑form advertising and TV campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership & Strategy
Develop and execute creative concepts from initial brief through final delivery for integrated advertising campaigns
Lead creative ideation sessions and present compelling concepts to clients and internal stakeholders
Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while pushing creative boundaries
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape
Design & Production Management
Create and oversee visual designs for print, digital, e‑content and social media campaigns
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and budget constraints
Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and producers to ensure cohesive campaign execution
Review and approve all creative deliverables before client presentation and final production
Quality Assurance & Innovation
Ensure all creative work meets brand guidelines, legal requirements, and industry standards
Explore innovative approaches to traditional advertising challenges using new technologies and platforms, specifically Artificial Intelligence. Must be proficient in prompting and utilizing this new tool and folding it into the workflow.
Conduct post‑campaign analysis to measure effectiveness and inform future creative strategies

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related creative field
5+ years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in advertising agency environment
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in integrated campaign development across multiple channels
Proven track record of managing complex projects from concept to completion
Advanced knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition
Experience with digital platforms including social media, web design, and mobile applications
Knowledge of brand development and identity systems
Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively in cross‑functional team environments
Problem‑solving aptitude with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client feedback
Experience creating ideas with A.I. and producing them with A.I. It should be an always‑on component to your workflow and creative output.
