Job Summary
This is a hands‑on Marketing Operations role focused on the successful delivery and optimisation of global marketing activity. You will sit at the centre of our marketing and revenue engine, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively, aligned to commercial priorities, and deliver measurable impact. You will also have deep technical understanding of marketing technology enablement tools.
Key Responsibilities
Accountable for the effective delivery of campaigns across channels, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget execution and alignment to agreed processes.
Drive performance through continuous optimisation and data‑driven decisions.
Ensure marketing activity contributes to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Shape requirements for marketing automation and technology stack improvements.
Support lead management processes, monitor funnel performance, and refine results.
Coordinate cross‑channel execution and ensure consistency in delivery.
Manage reporting to produce accurate, timely insights.
Lead digital & campaign performance across LR.org and paid media platforms.
Partner with agencies and technology vendors to maximise impact.
Communicate campaign progress, performance, and optimisation actions to stakeholders.
Requirements
Experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Delivery or Digital Marketing within a global B2B environment.
Strong track record of supporting the delivery and optimisation of global multi‑channel campaigns with measurable impact.
Practical experience with campaign execution, digital, paid media and outbound activities.
Experience linking campaign activation to marketing revenue metrics.
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and identify opportunities.
Experience optimising CRM and marketing platforms such as Salesforce and Pardot.
Strong organisational skills and ability to coordinate multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced environment.
Effective communicator able to work across teams and resolve issues early.
Strong written and spoken English with attention to detail.
Experience working with agency partners.
Exposure to account‑based marketing or targeted B2B campaigns.
Interest in AI and its application in marketing delivery and optimisation.
