
Sr Specialist - Division Marketing

Position Overview
Lead local marketing strategy/tactics to drive sales and profits for company restaurants. Ideate, develop, implement, and analyze turn‑key local marketing programs to complement national strategies. Engage with cross‑functional organization, including national/local agencies, merchandising, and operations, to deliver required assets.
Responsibilities
Manage and update online toolkit which houses all local marketing assets for agencies, franchisees and marketing managers.
Partner and communicate cross‑functionally with brand, advertising, operations and finance to activate new product initiatives and to develop and execute unique local marketing programs that complement the national brand strategies.
Create marketing strategies/tactics for Wendy’s company restaurants.
Support Division Marketing Managers with marketing planning and implementation of regional/local tactics that will drive sales and profits for franchise operators.
Develop and execute programs that engage our restaurant teams.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree. Preferred majors: marketing, advertising, public relations, communications or related field.
Ability to think strategically and translate national ideas into local programs.
Manage multiple projects and priorities with strong organization and planning skills.
Innovative, critical‑thinking, self‑motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
Up to 40% travel.
Location and Travel
Work will be primarily performed at Wendy’s restaurants or other field locations as designated by the Company. Remote work may be permitted subject to managerial approval and business needs. Up to 40% travel is required.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay range: $81,000 – $138,000 annually. Benefits include parental leave, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) sessions, company 401(k) match, and other offerings.
