Sunshine Quality Solutions is hiring a Service Writer to support our service team with accurate reporting, customer communication, and warranty coordination. This role manages service records, supplies, and equipment logistics while maintaining up-to-date customer profiles. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused. Responsibilities Respond to internal and external customer inquiries
Open and manage work orders through invoicing
Coordinate equipment transportation and maintain records
Keep service library current with manuals, bulletins, and media
Maintain department files and customer profiles
Manage accessories and supplies, including reorders
Collaborate on warranty claim follow-ups with the centralized processor

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of accounting practices
Familiarity with office procedures and recordkeeping
General understanding of mechanical/technical terms preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet-based applications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk or computer.
Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds (e.g., files, office supplies, or equipment).
Ability to use a computer, phone, and other office equipment for extended periods.
Occasional bending, reaching, or walking around the office
Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail in a fast-paced office environment.
