Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Job Summary Responsible for creating accurate, detailed graphic design and visual materials to support a wide range of sales and marketing initiatives. This onsite role collaborates closely with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to develop high-quality collateral that aligns with company standards, brand guidelines, and business objectives.
Responsibilities Collaborate with the marketing manager, marketing team, sales, engineering, and other internal departments to develop and produce marketing materials from concept through completion
Design and produce a variety of collateral including, but not limited to: Advertisements
Tradeshow banners and flyers
Sales collateral, such as product specials and sales flyers
Packaging design
POP displays, posters and signage
Product identification materials, such as hang-tags and decals
Marketing brochures and price books
Presentation visuals
Technical illustrations, such as cut-away drawings
Digital assets including GIFs and web graphics

Apply strong design principles, including layout, typography, and composition, to make sure all materials meet company standards
Develop creative solutions that effectively communicate messaging while meeting deadlines, budgets, and project goals
Proof all work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness
Route all projects through the project manager and/or marketing manager for review and final approval
Maintain and uphold quality standards across all design output
Manage and prioritize multiple projects from various managers to meet deadlines
Complete projects with minimal supervision while maintaining organized files and documentation to support completed work
Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies through ongoing learning and professional development
Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment within the marketing department and across other departments
Support department and company goals by contributing ideas and identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
Communicate and coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and customers as needed
Maintain a working knowledge of production equipment and processes, coordinating with external resources when necessary
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in graphic design, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, and composition
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Working knowledge of file preparation, formats, and production processes (e.g., print, digital, PDF, etc.)
Knowledge of Macintosh systems, design software and capabilities including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Passion for design and continuous improvement
