As the Pricing Strategy Manager , you will be the custodian of the strategic direction and governance of retail pricing across Dan Murphy's.
It’s a delicate balance: ensuring we remain Australia’s lowest liquor price guaranteed, while optimising our commercial outcomes and fueling our category‑leading growth. You'll translate complex market intelligence and deep data insights into actionable pricing frameworks.

Drive Dan Murphy's pricing strategy, aligning with commercial, customer, and brand goals to boost profitability and competitiveness.
Partner with stakeholders to embed pricing as a core commercial lever, balancing value with customer experience.
Lead pricing innovation through a test‑and‑learn agenda, generating insights for continuous optimisation.
Collaborate on promotional pricing frameworks to maximise ROI and relevance.
Utilise analytics for Dan-specific insights, identifying inconsistencies, margin opportunities, and performance gaps.
Support pricing mechanics and customer offers by partnering with Loyalty, Digital, and Ecommerce teams.
Monitor Dan Murphy's pricing performance against financial targets and customer strategies.
Improve operational efficiency through process innovation and capability uplift in pricing.
Act as the Dan Murphy's pricing representative, building strategic partnerships to embed pricing into decision‑making and gain alignment in a matrix environment.
Role model Endeavour Group’s Leadership Values and support the broader Customer Value agenda.
What we need from you
5+ years of experience in revenue management or pricing strategy, with a proven track record of success.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar.
Proven strategy implementation experience.
Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey pricing strategies to diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams.
Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
Retail experience is highly regarded.
