Your responsibilities include leveraging our proprietary platform along with your personal network to identify potential healthcare candidates, reaching out to prospective candidates to introduce MLR opportunities and assess their interest, coordinating meetings between candidates and our recruiters for thorough screening, engaging with leads to sustain interest and facilitate the hiring journey, keeping precise and current records within our applicant tracking system, and earning commission based on the meetings you schedule, interviews initiated, and successful hires from your leads.
