The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the MorganMyers digital team in the execution of digital marketing strategies across social media, email, website, and content initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with client goals. Working closely with internal teams and leadership, the Coordinator assists in content development, campaign execution, and performance tracking while building foundational expertise across digital marketing channels.

Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, and content marketing channels
Create, schedule, and deploy content across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and client objectives
Support the management of social media calendars and monitor channels for engagement opportunities
Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages, supporting community growth
Assist in building and deploying email campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and QA
Maintain and update website content using CMS platforms as needed
Track and compile campaign performance metrics and assist in developing client reports and dashboards
Monitor campaign performance and flag insights, trends, and optimization opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including account, creative, and web to support campaign execution
Coordinate project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines
Participate in internal and client meetings, capturing notes and action items
Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, including emerging AI applications
Skills/Qualifications: 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or related field (including internships)
Foundational understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, web, paid media)
Familiarity with social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.)
Exposure to marketing tools such as HubSpot, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Sprout, or similar platforms preferred
Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and performance metrics
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Self-motivated with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced agency environment
Familiarity with emerging AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Claude and related tools) and how they can be used to enhance research, content creation and workflow efficiency.
