• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of four years of full‑time experience in radio, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity.


• Broad background and knowledge of public radio.


• Demonstrated skill in radio programming, engineering, operations, research, and staff relations.


• Outstanding organizational skills.


• Leadership and communications skills.


• Motivated, positive personality.


• Willingness to represent the station in the community.
