Overview
MC Prep is seeking men and women who are commissioned by God to serve as educators and pastors of the classroom. We are seeking a dynamic educator to join our team as a BCIS (Business Computer Information Systems) & Graphic Design and Illustration. This role offers an exciting opportunity to empower students in High School with essential 21st-century skills in technology, business applications, and creative digital tools. We're looking for someone who is innovative, student-focused, and enthusiastic about preparing learners for the digital age.

Secondary Principal
Skills and Qualifications
Born again, spirit-filled believer
Active member of a Bible-believing church
Prioritizes growing in a relationship with Jesus Christ through daily personal encounters
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferably in Business Education, Technology Education, Media Arts, or a related field.
Two or more years of experience in education (highly preferred)
Able to receive and apply feedback in the pursuit of excellence
Strong, proactive work ethic
Personable with great communication skills
Collaborative, flexible, goal-driven personality
Responsibilities
Teach high school courses in BCIS and Graphic Design
Develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate project-based learning, real-world applications, and current industry trends.
Equip students with foundational business and computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital literacy.
Lead instruction in digital media production including photography, graphic design, video editing, and multimedia storytelling.
Lead and collaborate with students in stewarding the School's yearbook utilizing their creative skills in photography.
Foster a classroom environment that supports collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking.
Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback to support growth.
Collaborate with faculty to integrate technology and digital tools across the curriculum.
Contribute to school-wide initiatives and events.
