A leading hospitality management company is seeking an experienced Director of Finance to lead financial operations at a large, multi-department property in Orlando.

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily management of accounting, purchasing, payroll processing, and technology functions, and ensuring accurate financial reporting while providing strategic guidance to property leadership.
Additionally, the Director of Finance maintains the integrity of the general ledger, presents financial insights, and collaborates closely with the General Manager on financial strategies.
The Director of Finance will manage accounting practices, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure timely reporting and account reconciliations.
Key responsibilities include supporting relationships with property ownership, coordinating reporting, generating custom reports, and participating in meetings.
The role involves conducting ROI analyses, supporting capital planning, leading audit processes, managing debt financing activities, monitoring cash flows, and preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
The Director is also expected to interpret financial results, recommend cost control measures, and advise department heads on financial data.
Leading a team of approximately 10 professionals, the Director will provide mentorship, recruit, and develop talent within the finance, purchasing, payroll, and technology departments.
The role involves organizing and managing annual budgeting processes, ensuring budget alignment, and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with an MBA or CPA preferred, and have over 5 years of leadership experience in hospitality finance.
Familiarity with ERP platforms, business intelligence tools, and financial reporting tools is essential, along with the ability to present financial information confidently to leadership. xsgimln
