An asset management and holding company with significant assets under management is seeking a Director of Credit Operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing the operational aspects of the credit investment platform, covering both broadly syndicated loans and private credit assets.
This key role involves providing strategic oversight of credit operations, including governance of third-party outsourced service providers and agent bank servicing models, ensuring all activities adhere to control standards, LSTA loan agency best practices, and service level expectations.
The Director's responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations related to trade processing, settlement, cash and wire management, reconciliations, and asset lifecycle event processing.
Oversight of agent bank servicing models is critical, ensuring they align with LSTA guidelines and internal control standards.
Furthermore, the director will manage third-party service providers to guarantee accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Ensuring all processes meet audit standards and proactively identifying operational risks are essential functions of this role.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of credit operations, LSTA loan agency guidelines, and market conventions, with a proven track record in enhancing operational controls and supporting investment objectives.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, over 10 years of progressive experience in credit operations within asset management or financial services, and team management experience. xsgimln
