The role is pivotal, situated at the nexus of investment strategy, portfolio performance, and advanced analytics, with the objective of leveraging data science, machine learning, and Generative AI to enhance value across a diverse multi-brand ecosystem.
This position encompasses creating a strategic vision, executing projects, and fostering growth within the data science team, in close collaboration with senior leadership across strategy, engineering, product, and investment teams.
Core responsibilities include guiding the Data Science team, setting technical standards, and defining a roadmap for applied data science.
The work involves commercial due diligence, forecasting, pricing, experimentation, marketing analytics, and the development of GenAI tools to build scalable and production-grade solutions that impact business performance.
The role requires a blend of hands-on involvement and strategic oversight, ensuring the adoption and utilization of advanced AI and the management of the entire model lifecycle from conception through deployment while translating complex analytics into concise executive-level insights.
The ideal candidate will have over ten years of experience in applied data science and machine learning, with strong skills in Python and SQL and a proven track record in production deployment.
Experience in leading and scaling technical teams is essential, along with expertise in forecasting, experimentation, pricing, and causal analysis.
