We are seeking a visionary culinary leader to take on the role of Culinary Director for a dynamic and growing restaurant portfolio. The ideal candidate will oversee all culinary operations across multiple upscale locations, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing seasonal menus, culinary standards, and operational processes, as well as leading and mentoring a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve excellence. Additional duties involve managing food costs, vendor relationships, and inventory while maintaining profitability, alongside driving guest satisfaction through exceptional culinary experiences. This leadership position offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 to $185,000, comprehensive health benefits, and a 401(k) plan.
