We are a growing HVAC service company based in the Pearland / Houston area looking for a reliable and customer-focused

Customer Service Representative

to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls, booking service appointments, and ensuring every customer receives friendly, professional, and efficient support. This is a fast-paced position ideal for someone who thrives in a team environment and is committed to delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities Answer and manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a friendly, professional demeanor while providing exceptional customer service for all HVAC-related inquiries. Accurately schedule and book service appointments in our system, capturing complete customer information, job details, and service type. Follow up on leads, webform submissions, and marketing inquiries to convert them into scheduled appointments. Resolve abandoned calls daily and ensure no customer requests, messages, or follow-ups fall through the cracks. Coordinate effectively with technicians by providing clear job notes, customer details, and special instructions. Proactively communicate with customers regarding appointment confirmations, ETA updates, reschedules, and technician arrivals. Handle all forms of communication (phone, text, email, and internal notes) to keep customers and the team fully informed. Support the office team with administrative tasks, daily reporting, and special projects as needed. Work collaboratively with dispatch and field teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from first contact to job completion.

Qualifications

3+ years

of customer service experience (HVAC, home services, or call center experience preferred). Must have

prior experience using

ServiceTitan

software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive, solution-oriented attitude. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment. Comfortable working evenings and weekends on a rotating on-call schedule. Reliable, professional, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
