The role involves overseeing brand governance to ensure all materials adhere to brand standards while maintaining a NYC-specific visual language. Managing the organization's website is essential to ensure it remains a high-performing conversion tool. Furthermore, the position requires leading the execution of a 12-month integrated marketing plan that focuses on student and staff recruitment. This includes managing relationships with creative and media agencies to optimize media spending across various channels. The role also includes responsibilities in communications and public relations. This involves directing regional PR efforts to elevate the thought leadership and visibility of the organization, as well as supporting crisis communication strategies to mitigate reputational risk. Additionally, the role includes managing regional family communications and streamlining organizational updates to enhance leadership visibility and staff engagement. The position requires an individual who can adapt to the evolving digital landscape and steer content strategy effectively through various media channels.
