Asset Management Service Director

The Service Director of Asset Manager is tasked with providing leadership and technical support to the asset management team while ensuring successful implementation and management of customer responsibilities. The role involves developing and executing plans for operational efficiency, preventive maintenance, emergency response, and repair services. The director also oversees plant manuals and operational plans, coordinating both internal teams and customer communication to achieve operational standards. Additional duties include managing vendors and subcontractors and aligning team resources with client and system needs for optimal performance. Key responsibilities include overseeing the hiring process, managing disciplinary actions and training, and reviewing performance metrics such as KPIs and maintenance records. The Service Director leads initiatives for continuous improvement and evaluates account performance concerning customer satisfaction. Legal and regulatory compliance, along with the maintenance of high ethical standards and work quality, forms a critical aspect of this role. The position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in Service Operations and Management, with at least 5 years as a team manager, and extensive knowledge of service, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance practices. This role demands strong customer management and business growth skills, with accountability for profit and loss, financial forecasting, and reporting. Effective communication and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment are essential. The position may require 20-60% travel to job sites and office locations, with the physical demands including light work and the ability to move and adjust objects up to 20 pounds.
