About the Role
We’re hiring a motivated and dependable Real Estate Photographer to support a fast-growing real estate media company in the Port St. Lucie area.
This is a client-facing, field-based role where you’ll travel locally to capture high-quality media for residential properties.
If you enjoy working independently, meeting new people, and creating professional visual content, this is a great opportunity to build consistent work in the real estate media industry.
What You’ll Do
- Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled shoots
- Capture interior and exterior real estate photography
- Film property walkthroughs and lifestyle content when needed
- Provide a professional, friendly client experience on-site
- Upload media files after each shoot, no editing required
- Expand into additional services such as drone and video
Most photographers complete 2-4 homes per day depending on the schedule.
Schedule & Availability
- Part-time, approximately 15–20 hours per week to start
- Must be available at least 3 weekdays (Monday–Friday)
- Most shoots scheduled between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Opportunity to increase hours as volume grows
Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor role paid per project.
- Photos only: $100 per shoot
- Photos + aerials: $125 per shoot
- Photos + aerials + Zillow tour: $150 per shoot
Earning potential increases as you expand into additional services.
What We’re Looking For
- Real Estate photography and aerial experience
- FAA Part 107 drone license
- Professional, friendly, and confident with clients
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Reliable vehicle and willingness to drive locally
- Coachable and open to feedback
