Schneider Electric - - Responsibilities: Mentor and lead field service representatives to uphold company values and develop the team; Interface Schneider Electric products with Digital Services Offerings and customer networks/building monitoring systems; Read and interpret electrical schematics, drawings, and operation manuals to diagnose and repair equipment; Promote collaborative and inclusive workplace and manage customer relations to ensure positive experiences; Travel outside of territory as needed to support regional or national customer needs
