This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in safety, quality workmanship, and developing strong teams. Pay & Benefits

Lead and supervise roofing crews on commercial job sites Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems Ensure proper installation of TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, Modified Bitumen, coatings, tile, and metal roofing Read and follow blueprints and project specifications Keep projects on schedule and within scope Enforce safety standards, PPE use, and OSHA compliance Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings Complete daily reports and job documentation Requirements
5+ years of commercial roofing experience (required) Proven experience with multiple commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, etc.) Previous foreman or crew leadership experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints Strong commitment to safety Valid driver's license with insurable driving record Ability to work 812 hour shifts and occasional weekends Preferred
