We are looking for a detail-oriented
Trade Compliance Specialist
to support customer-facing trade operations and customs documentation processes. This role plays a key part in managing Certificates of Origin (CoO) and ensuring compliance with global trade regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main point of contact for customer trade and customs-related requests
• Review, analyze, and process Certificates of Origin (CoO) requests
• Coordinate with Global Trade Operations & Compliance teams
• Maintain tracking records and ensure timely documentation processing
• Handle part number mapping using SAP and internal systems
• Support HTS classification inquiries and customer portal data uploads
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in Global Trade, Customs Compliance, or Supply Chain
• Strong knowledge of trade agreements (USMCA, CAFTA, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP
• Experience in automotive manufacturing environments preferred
• Familiarity with OEM/Tier customers and industry standards is a plus
