With an entrepreneurial approach, the studio has built a global audience in the billions by tapping into cultural moments and working closely with creators, talent, and brands in ways that reflect how audiences engage today. Its vertically integrated model spans development through production and distribution, enabling continued experimentation in formats, business models, and IP. Job Overview This is not a traditional legal role with clean lines and clear lanes—it’s embedded in the build. The role moves with the business as it evolves, helping shape ideas in real time, putting structure around what doesn’t yet exist, and bringing clarity (and momentum) to fast-moving decisions. Sitting close to leadership, this person works at the intersection of content, talent, capital, and distribution—where judgment matters more than precedent and execution matters just as much as insight. Key Responsibilities Turns ideas into executable deals—structuring, negotiating, problem-solving, and pushing toward close. Brings a pragmatic, “figure it out and get it done” mindset to ambiguity—cutting through noise and helping teams make decisions with confidence. Balances creative ambition with real-world constraints, enabling the business to move fast without being careless. Acts as a strategic advisor across a constantly shifting set of priorities—partnerships, investments, new ventures, and opportunities that may not yet be fully defined. Connects dots across teams—legal, finance, talent, operations—without being confined to any one function. Helps shape how the company shows up in high-stakes moments, from internal strategy conversations to investor and partner discussions. Handles both the expected (agreements, negotiations, structure) and the undefined (new models, edge-case scenarios, gray areas) with equal ownership. Leverages external counsel when useful, but doesn’t outsource thinking or accountability. About You Low ego, high ownership—willing to roll up sleeves and do the work, not just advise on it. Exercises strong, independent judgment without needing a perfect roadmap. Clear, direct communicator who can engage with executives, creators, and partners without friction. Deeply interested in where media, consumers, and the creator economy are going—and motivated to help shape that future. Thrives in environments where priorities shift, definitions are loose, and the expectation is simple: move things forward.
