Personal Banker (Client Services Associate), Float, St. Joseph County, IN
Provides clients with friendly service and meets financial needs by completing transactions and uncovering other opportunities to promote additional services. Essential requirements include processing banking center transactions, greeting clients, opening personal accounts, answering client inquiries, building client loyalty, adhering to bank policies, participating in retail sales programs, and assisting Manager with audits and reporting. Non-essential functions include demonstrating interpersonal skills and performing other assigned duties. Experience/skills preferred include four or more years of retail banking experience, customer service and sales orientation, attention to detail, good communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, ability to cross-sell bank products, motivation, teamwork, confidentiality, and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Education preferred is one to three years of college. Travel requirements include the ability to travel to all locations as needed for meetings, projects, training, and seminars. Physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, using hands and fingers, reaching, talking, hearing, stooping, kneeling, and occasionally lifting up to 10 pounds. Equipment includes MS Office PC, fax, phone, and standard office equipment.
