This is a high-visibility role where you will work within a lean deal team, gaining immediate exposure to all phases of the investment lifecycle - from initial underwriting to board-level portfolio management. Key Responsibilities Deal Execution:
Lead financial modeling, valuation, and deep-dive industry research to support investment decisions. Due Diligence:
Manage third-party workstreams and transaction documentation for new acquisitions. Portfolio Value Creation:
Partner directly with senior management teams at portfolio companies to drive growth and strategic initiatives. Strategic Sourcing:
Develop in-depth investment themes within the firm’s core services-based verticals. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a high-energy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and possesses: 2–3 years of experience
in Investment Banking or Private Equity. Advanced technical proficiency
in Excel and complex financial modeling. Exceptional Communication:
The ability to present clearly to internal Investment Committees and external management teams. Entrepreneurial Mindset:
A proactive, self-motivated approach with a "no task too small" attitude. Qualifications Distinguished academic background (Bachelor’s degree required).
