LHH is partnering with one of our global clean energy and sustainability clients to find a permanent Public and Investor Relations Manager. In this role, you will lead day-to-day investor relations while executing on communication and media outreach as well as investor-facing interactions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong PR and communications background, able to learn the industry quickly and confidently represent the organization on investor calls, analyst interactions, public announcements and events. They are seeking someone with 4+ years within PR/Communications, and ideally a background in construction, energy, or something adjacent.

The organization seeks a confident and effective communicator to join their team on a permanent basis. The team operates in a
hybrid
setting with offices located in NYC or San Diego and is open to candidates willing to commute to either location. This role offers a pay range of
$100,000-$150,000
depending on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a key communications and PR partner supporting investor relations activities, public announcements, and external messaging.
Conduct outreach to analysts and help coordinate investor roadshows, including calendar management, meeting preparation, and participation in presentations.
Draft press releases, quarterly scripts, and public announcements, partnering with external review firms as needed prior to release.
Support investor calls and inbound requests from analysts, investors, and investor relations groups, ensuring clear, consistent messaging.
Develop presentations, write executive scripts, and support quarterly and deal-related communications.
Manage earned media efforts, including public media outreach and coordination of announcements, awards, and miscellaneous PR initiatives.
Collaborate with external paid media partners on investor- and promotion-related campaigns, particularly around visibility and announcements.
Support marketing communications efforts as needed, including event collateral, conference materials, and presentations.
Qualifications:
5+ years experience in Public Relations and Communications
Experience working with media, analysts, external stakeholders and investor-facing communications is preferred
Experience with media outreach, copywriting and content development
Background in Infrastructure, construction, engineering or similar energy industries is a plus
Highly organized, proactive, and confident interacting with stakeholders across all levels of an organization
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
