Commercial Landscape Enhancement Designer
to transform existing commercial properties into award-winning outdoor spaces.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between imagination and installation. You’ll leverage cutting-edge technology—including
Vectorworks
and
Adobe Photoshop AI —to create high-impact visuals, while utilizing
BOSS LM
to ensure every project is grounded in operational reality. If you are passionate about the

Generate sophisticated landscape designs for commercial enhancements, estate gardening, and new construction. Use AI-integrated tools and Vectorworks to produce next-gen graphics that win client buy-in. Precision Estimating:
Develop accurate cost and labor estimates using
BOSS LM , ensuring projects are profitable and production-ready. Collaborative Sales:
Work hand-in-hand with Account Managers and Landscape Architects to identify opportunities on existing properties and bring a client’s vision to life. On-Site Leadership:
Conduct site evaluations and attend project meetings to ensure designs are feasible and functional. Performance Tracking:
Stay involved after the sale—track job performance and gather feedback to refine future design standards. What We’re Looking For Technical Proficiency:
Strong skills in Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/AI), and MS Office/Teams. Industry Knowledge:
A background in horticulture, landscape design, or construction estimating. Analytical Mindset:
Ability to translate a physical site into a digital design and a line-item estimate. Communication:
Comfortable presenting designs to high-level commercial clients and coordinating with production teams. Adaptability:
