What You’ll Do
Own and support CRM systems

(data integrity, workflows, automation, user support)
Manage and optimize

marketing automation processes and system integrations
Maintain and improve internal and broker-facing platforms
Monitor and analyze

campaign and system performance metrics
Ensure

data accuracy, reporting consistency, and process standardization
Support

system enhancements, troubleshooting, and basic technical needs
Partner cross-functionally with

Marketing, IT, Sales, and Operations

to align systems and processes
Identify opportunities for

automation, efficiency, and scalability

across workflows
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years of experience

in Marketing Operations, MarTech, CRM Administration, Business Systems, or similar roles
Hands-on experience with

CRM platforms and automation tools

(e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Go High Level, or similar)
Strong understanding of

data flows, system integrations, and process optimization
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive insights
Strong organizational and project management skills
Comfortable working in

cross-functional, fast-paced environments
Solid communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bilingual (English / Spanish) required
